Dale is a founding principal of A10 Capital and responsible for all loan funding, underwriting, and workout functions for A10 Capital. Dale has over 23 years of commercial real estate finance experience on a nationwide basis, with an emphasis in distressed loan workouts. Prior to co-founding A10 Capital, Dale was Head of KeyBank's Western Asset Recovery Group (special assets). Dale has underwritten and serviced over $1.0 billion in loan originations in his career.

Dale started his workout career as a member of the workout team at NationsBank’s (now B of A) troubled asset group where he was involved in managing troubled portfolios from acquisitions of failed banks in the early 1990s in the Southwest and Mid-Atlantic regions. Additionally, he served as the managing director for a distressed debt operation in partnership with Goldman Sachs based in Toronto, Ontario. The partnership purchased or managed over $700 million in distressed debt in Ontario and Quebec.

In his workout capacity, he has significant bankruptcy experience in most U.S. jurisdictions. He has many years experience in distressed debt acquisitions, bidding on over 25 different portfolios totaling over $1.0 billion in various locations around the U.S. and Canada.

Dale has management experience with large and small organizations with extensive experience in start-up and ramp-up situations. Dale has been involved in policy development at two major U.S. banks with specific emphasis on bankruptcy, foreclosure and OREO policies. He has a degree in Finance with a concentration in accounting.
