Before joining A10, Scott was vice president of sales & recruiting at NAI Northern California, a leading Bay Area full service commercial real estate brokerage company. He was responsible for the hiring, training and development of the sales agents.
Scott previously was a regional sales director for the CoStar Group, responsible for all sales and servicing of the Midwest territory. At CoStar, Scott was a member of the prestigious President’s Club and was responsible for driving revenue growth throughout his tenure there.
Before joining CoStar Group, Scott was a regional manager for Marcus & Millichap and tasked with growing sales volume in the states of Ohio and Kentucky. He hired and lead many of the agents that are still there today. Prior to that he was a sales manager for Marcus & Millichap in Los Angeles, CA. and prior to that, a Multi-Family Investment Sales Agent for them in Chicago.
Scott attended Marquette University on a track scholarship and also played basketball there. He then transferred to the University of St. Francis on a full basketball scholarship and graduated with a degree in business management.
