Steve brings extensive and diversified commercial real estate experience to A10 Capital. Throughout his 30+ years in the commercial real estate industry, Steve has been involved in various levels of real estate finance with middle-market and institutional-grade clients located throughout the United States.

Prior to joining A10 Capital, Steve served as executive director at JP Morgan Chase, where he started and managed Chase’s permanent debt platform in Chicago. Prior to his time at Chase, Steve assisted several institutions with their managed assets needs, including distressed loan workouts and bank-owned real estate dispositions. Earlier in his career, Steve served in various business development and underwriting roles with LaSalle Bank/ABN AMRO, Bank of America, GE Capital and Balcor.

Steve attended Angelo State University on a full athletic scholarship and received a degree in business administration, with concentrations in finance and real estate. He resides in Elmhurst, Illinois with his wife and four children.
