Commercial mortgages and note purchase loans ranging from $500,000 to $10 million. Loans are held on balance sheet and serviced in-house.
Opportunity Fund
Opportunistic investments through a separate private equity fund. Targeted transactions include performing and distressed loan purchases (senior secured position), mezzanine loans, equity investments, and DIP financing.
Advisory
Various advisory and consulting services including: outsourced loan workouts, loan servicing, REO asset management, bank acquisition due diligence, workout and turnaround strategies for distressed tenants-in-common (TIC) properties, representation of creditors in bankruptcy cases, and receivership appointments.
