Ken has more than 20 years of commercial real estate experience including loan originations, loan underwriting, asset management, special servicing, acquisitions, and dispositions. Before joining A10, Ken was a vice president and senior asset manager at C-III Asset Management where he was responsible for a $400 million portfolio of REO properties and distressed mortgage loans. Before joining C-III, Ken was an executive director at JP Morgan Capital Corporation where he was responsible for acquisitions, dispositions, and portfolio management of CMBS Bond “B-Pieces” as well as investment-grade CMBS bonds. Before joining JP Morgan, Ken was a vice president of permanent loan production at KeyBank Real Estate Capital where he originated commercial mortgage loans for three platforms; CMBS, life company/pension fund, and government-sponsored agencies.

Ken has a bachelor of arts degree from the University of Saint Francis where he majored in finance. Ken also holds a designation as a chartered financial analyst from the CFA Society.
