Jamie Berenger is a senior member of the credit and asset management (CAM) team who focuses on portfolio management, strategic initiatives, process improvement and special situations. Jamie also works as a liaison between the CAM and origination teams in his role as a structuring partner.

Jamie has more than 10 years of experience in property valuation, underwriting, servicing, asset management, property acquisition, financial analysis, market research, due diligence, work-outs, portfolio valuation, bank acquisition, due diligence, securitizations and portfolio management. Additionally, Jamie has been involved in over $1 billion of loans during the course of his career. Jamie joined A10 Capital in 2008.
Prior to joining A10, Jamie was as a commercial loan analyst in the finance department of a national real estate company. While there, he worked to obtain debt for the acquisition of properties and helped manage the financing aspects of a $2.8 billion portfolio. His experience in both origination and underwriting provides Jamie with a unique view on the analysis of commercial real estate properties.
Jamie attended the University of Idaho and graduated with a bachelor of science degree in business economics. He received a master’s degree in business administration from Boise State University, where he was a member of Beta Gamma Sigma, the international business honor society.
