Clint has spent his 32-year career originating, underwriting, structuring, negotiating, and financing more than $10 billion in commercial real estate and commercial real estate debt. His track record includes senior positions at major institutions, including Lone Star Funds, Fortress Investment Group, and Goldman Sachs. As the first originator for Lone Star Funds’ commercial mortgage origination platform, LStar Capital (formerly Relius Financial), he sourced more than $5.3 billion in loan opportunities within the first year of the company’s launch.

His other notable experiences include managing and successfully resolving a $750 million syndicated development loan Fortress had extended on the $1.1 billion development of the Vancouver 2010 Olympic Village; managing a $425 million loan position secured by 25 high-end retail properties across the United States; an $80 million office building in Chicago; and a $300 million equity investment in Mexico.
He attended Texas A&M University, where he studied biomedical science and served in the Marine Corps of Cadets, and graduated from the University of North Texas with a degree in business management.
