Jamie Berenger

Jamie Berenger joined A10 in 2008 and holds the position of Chief Credit Officer within the Credit and Asset Management team. In this role he oversees underwriting, asset management, and portfolio management for A10 Capital.

Mr. Berenger has more than 15 years of experience in property valuation, underwriting, servicing, asset management, property acquisition, financial analysis, market research, due diligence, workouts, portfolio valuation, bank acquisition due diligence, securitizations, and portfolio management. Additionally, Mr. Berenger has been involved in over $4 billion of loans over the course of his career.

Prior to joining A10, Mr. Berenger worked in the finance department of a national commercial real estate ownership group. While there, he focused on obtaining acquisition financing on properties and managed lender relationships on a $2.8 billion portfolio. His experience in both origination and underwriting provides Mr. Berenger with a unique view on the analysis of commercial real estate properties.

Mr. Berenger earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Economics from the University of Idaho and a Master of Business Administration degree from Boise State University. While at Boise State, Mr. Berenger was a member of Beta Gamma Sigma, the international business honor society.

Mr. Berenger lives in Boise, Idaho with his wife and two children.
