Ken Gaitan
Ken Gaitan joined A10 in May 2023 and holds the position of Executive Vice President within the A10 Origination Team.
Mr. Gaitan has more than 35 years of experience in commercial real estate and finance, with expertise in loan underwriting, origination, and asset management. From the successful launch of multiple start-ups to the largest money center/investment banks in the industry, Mr. Gaitan has served in national leadership roles and has consistently been a top-producing loan originator.
Prior to joining A10 Capital, Mr. Gaitan was a Managing Director for a start-up debt fund subsidiary of one of the largest privately held real estate lenders in the United States.
Mr. Gaitan is a graduate of the Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Entrepreneurship and Finance.
Mr. Gaitan enjoys an active lifestyle with his family in Southern California.
