Tim Geraghty

Tim Geraghty joined A10 Capital in 2024 and serves as Chief Investment Officer, Interim Chief Financial Officer, and President of A10 Investment Management, LLC.

In these roles, his responsibilities include investment and portfolio management, leading A10’s Joint Ventures, business development, and overseeing the firm’s capital markets activities. He also manages, analyzes, and reports on all financial aspects of the business.

Mr. Geraghty has nearly two decades of experience across all aspects of the investment and finance industries, including lending, sourcing, underwriting, structuring, and managing portfolios of fixed-income and asset-backed investments. Mr. Geraghty is a market leader in the post-Great Financial Crisis middle-market commercial real estate space, acquiring, originating, and financing over $25 billion of assets and syndicating debt to over 450 unique counterparties.

Prior to A10 Capital, Mr. Geraghty served as Managing Director and the Head of Capital Markets for Waterfall Asset Management (“Waterfall”) and Ready Capital Corporation (“Ready Capital”). In this role, he was responsible for the firm’s global capital markets activities, including strategy, origination, structuring, and execution of fund and asset-level financings. Additionally, he oversaw pricing for Ready Capital’s $14 billion commercial real estate portfolio, played a key leadership role in portfolio management, and led various mergers, acquisitions, and growth initiatives at Ready Capital and Waterfall.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Geraghty was a Vice President in the Structured Products Group at Deutsche Bank Securities, Inc., where he focused on commercial and residential mortgage and real estate products. In this role, he covered large asset and investment managers, funds, and specialty finance platforms in the financing, securitization, and advisory capacities.

Mr. Geraghty received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance, cum laude, from the Sellinger School of Business at Loyola University in Maryland. During his tenure at Deutsche Bank, he held various securities licenses (7/63/79). Tim lives in Westchester County, New York, and enjoys spending time with family, traveling, and various sporting activities.
