A10 Capital was built for resilience, not reliance. By avoiding repo warehouse exposure, A10 insulated its balance sheet from the market volatility that sidelines many lenders. When others pulled back, A10 kept lending, including during the height of COVID, when margin calls froze much of the industry.
In 2021, as traditional credit markets seized up, A10 financed an $88.7 million bridge loan for Denver’s historic Larimer Square. A10's flexible capital supported vital property improvements and long-term revitalization while competitors stayed on the sidelines. During the pandemic, A10 also emerged as one of the nation’s largest non-bank PPP lenders, issuing more than 24,000 loans totaling $1.3 billion—providing critical support to our borrowers by delivering a lifeline to their tenants and businesses in a period of unprecedented disruption.
