Executive Vice President, Originations
Alex Gursky is an Executive Vice President on the Originations team at A10 Capital, where his responsibilities include loan originations, deal structuring, and underwriting.
Prior to joining A10 Capital in 2024, Mr. Gursky was a Loan Originator at Builders Capital, specializing in construction loans for residential projects. Prior to that, he held various roles on the bridge originations team at Ready Capital, contributing to over $10 billion in closed transactions during his tenure. He began his career at The Rain Wine Real Estate Group, focused on third-party underwriting for lenders and buyers.
Mr. Gurksy holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Washington University in St. Louis.
