Emilie Centers
Vice President, Legal & Loan Closing
Emilie Centers is a Vice President on the Legal and Loan Closing team at A10 Capital. Her responsibilities include overseeing legal due diligence related to title, survey, legal structure, leases, environmental, and insurance, drafting and negotiating loan documents, and managing all parties from loan initiation through closing.
Prior to joining the A10 Legal team in 2022, Emilie worked within A10's Paycheck Protection Program as a loan officer, underwriting and funding over a thousand PPP loans across the country.
Emilie is a Certified Paralegal and earned her Bachelor of Arts in Law and a minor in Business Administration from the University of Arizona.
Outside of work, Emilie enjoys spending time with her friends and family, skiing, and exploring all things Boise.
