Garrett Jacobs
Director, Loan Structuring
Garrett Jacobs is a Director on the Loan Structuring team at A10 Capital, where he facilitates loan production, process development, deal analysis, and loan structuring.
With over a decade of experience in commercial real estate – including mortgage banking, lending, underwriting, acquisitions and asset management – Garrett has a proven track record in deal execution. Prior to joining A10 Capital in 2024, he was a Transaction Manager at Greystone, helping close over $500 million in agency, bridge, and balance sheet loans. Prior to that, he was a Production Associate at Ready Capital, contributing to more than $7 billion in financing across various loan products.
Garrett began his career as a Mortgage Broker at Alpha Funding’s Capital Markets team, focused on sourcing new banking and borrowing relationships, loan structuring, and transaction management.
Garrett holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University at Albany.
