Jackie Bernier

Jackie Bernier is a Legal Assistant at A10 Capital, where she works directly with the General Counsel to support the company's legal operations. Her responsibilities include assisting with legal due diligence and preparing and reviewing documents. 

Prior to joining A10 Capital in 2025, Jackie served as a legal assistant at a Boise-based law firm. Jackie began her career in 1999, at Merrill Lynch, where she held the positions of Senior Resident Director Associate and Wire Room Operator. In these roles, she was responsible for client relationship management, account administration, and operational processes.

Outside of work, Jackie enjoys traveling and being outdoors in the sun.
