Jared Elroy
Associate, Special Servicing
Jared Elroy is an Asset Manager on the Special Servicing team at A10 Capital, where his responsibilities include loan workout analysis and implementation, asset reporting, and REO portfolio management.
Prior to joining the team in 2025, Jared worked for CBRE as a Field Research Analyst, where he focused on industrial research in the Salt Lake City and Boise markets.
Jared earned his Bachelor of Science in Finance, with an emphasis in Advanced Financial Analysis, from the University of Utah.
In his free time, Jared enjoys golfing and spending time with family out on the lake.
