Jessica Wiltbank
Associate Vice President, Master Servicing
Jessica Wiltbank is an Associate Vice President on the Master Servicing Team at A10 Capital, where she manages loan documents, supports A10’s servicing platform, oversees invoicing and ACH administration, and assists with investor remittances and audits.
Prior to joining A10 Capital in 2024, she was a commercial real estate broker, closing over $72 million in transactions across Maine and Idaho. Jessica has also held roles at Boeing, Eastern Maine Healthcare System, and the State of Delaware.
Jessica holds a Master’s in Aviation and Space Science and an Associate’s in Finance and Management from Oklahoma State University, a Bachelor’s in International Trade and Finance from the University of Central Oklahoma, and an Associate’s in Computer Science/Business Finance from the University of Maine.
A native of coastal Maine, Jessica now lives in Boise, Idaho, with her husband and three children. She is actively involved in the Boise Basque Community, local initiatives, and her children’s schools.
