Associate, Special Servicing
John Sabala Jr. (J.J.) is an Associate on the Special Servicing team at A10 Capital. His responsibilities include loan workout analysis and implementation, asset reporting, and REO portfolio management.
Prior to joining A10 Capital in 2024, J.J. was a Production Analyst on the Multifamily Capital Markets team at Newmark in Dallas, Texas. In this role, he specialized in screening and underwriting a series of affordable/workforce housing multifamily deals nationwide.
J.J. earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Real Estate from the University of Colorado Boulder.
Outside of work, J.J. enjoys exploring new places and engaging in outdoor activities such as golf, tennis, pickleball, running, hiking, and mountain biking, all fueling his competitive nature.
