Julia Provenzano
Associate Vice President, Legal & Loan Closing
Julia Provenzano is an Associate Vice President on the Legal and Loan Closing team at A10 Capital. Her responsibilities include overseeing legal due diligence related to title, survey, legal structure, leases, environmental, and insurance, drafting and negotiating loan documents, and managing all parties from loan initiation through closing.
Prior to joining A10 Capital in 2025, Julia was responsible for legal operations and compliance at Lamb Weston.
Julia earned both a Bachelor's and Master's degree from the University of Southern California, four-year starter on the women’s soccer team and won a National Championship. She also played professionally for the Chicago Red Stars.
In her free time, she enjoys working out, snowboarding and spending time with family and friends.
