Kimberly Thomas
Vice President, Legal & Loan Closing
Kimberly Thomas joined A10 Capital in 2017 and is a Vice President on the Legal and Loan Closing team. Her responsibilities include overseeing legal due diligence related to title, survey, legal structure, leases, environmental, and insurance, drafting and negotiating loan documents, and managing all parties from loan initiation through closing.
Kimberly has over 20 years of experience in the finance industry, including consumer and commercial lending, commercial real estate brokerage operations, and SBA and construction loan lending.
Kimberly received her Bachelor of Science degree from Boise State University.
Kimberly resides in Phoenix, Arizona, and in her free time, she enjoys hiking, paddleboarding, and traveling.
