Kristopher Boudreau
Executive Vice President, Originations
Kristopher Boudreau is an Executive Vice President on the Origination team at A10 Capital.
Mr. Boudreau began his commercial real estate lending career with A10 Capital in 2013, originating bridge loans nationwide. After five years with the firm, he joined Regions Bank, where he originated agency loans through Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae programs. He subsequently returned to bridge lending, holding origination roles with Revere Capital and Bloomfield Capital before rejoining A10 Capital in 2026.
Earlier in his career, Mr. Boudreau worked with several national real estate investment and development firms, including Greystone and Fairfield Residential, where he focused on the acquisition, entitlement, and development of multifamily communities, primarily throughout the Western United States.
Mr. Boudreau earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Idaho.
He resides in Boise, Idaho, and enjoys golfing, skiing, and spending time outdoors with his wife and three children.
