Michael Singh
Executive Vice President, Originations
Michael Singh is an Executive Vice President on the Originations team at A10 Capital.
With over 30 years of experience in commercial real estate finance, Mr. Singh has closed several billion dollars in commercial real estate loans. Before joining A10 Capital in 2010, he was a Managing Director at Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) in Los Angeles, California, where he executed financing and advisory assignments and consulted with banks and financial institutions to evaluate loan portfolios. Before his time at JLL, Mr. Singh was a Regional Manager for Goldman Sachs' conduit lending platform, following nearly a decade-long tenure as Director of Mortgage Lending at MassMutual.
Mr. Singh earned a Master of Business Administration from the Anderson Graduate School of Management at the University of California, Los Angeles, and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania.
Mr. Singh resides in Orange County, California.
