Oliver Harris
Executive Vice President, Originations
Oliver Harris is an Executive Vice President on the Originations team at A10 Capital.
With over 28 years of commercial real estate experience, Mr. Harris has handled a wide range of commercial real estate loan transactions in various property types, geographies, and CRE lending executions, including national & regional banks, CMBS, GSE Agency, and a Mortgage REIT.
Prior to joining A10 Capital in 2024, Mr. Harris served as Vice President of the Mid-Atlantic region for Ready Capital, originating bridge, fixed-rate commercial, and Freddie Mac SBL loans nationwide. Prior to Ready Capital, he held the position of Vice President at Premier Bank (now Peoples Bank), overseeing asset and portfolio management as well as new loan originations. His work experience further includes roles in relationship management, analytics, and project management at USBank, CWCapital, and Trammell Crow respectively.
Mr. Harris holds a Masters in Science of Real Estate from Johns Hopkins University Carey School of Business, where he also taught the Introduction to Real Estate Analysis course for nine years. Additionally, he holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communications with a minor in Business Studies from Ohio University, where he played on the men’s club lacrosse team.
Residing in Bethesda, Maryland, Mr. Harris enjoys various activities during his free time, including travel, cooking, golf, snowboarding, volunteer work, and advocating for blood donation as a regular donor himself.
