Associate, Master Servicing
Olivia Lindsey is an Associate on the Master Servicing team at A10 Capital. In this role, her responsibilities include monthly invoicing, maintenance of the tickler system, and processing escrow reserve disbursement requests.
Prior to joining the Master Servicing team in 2024, Olivia was responsible for PPP forgiveness at A10 Capital. With a strong background in small business lending and SBA compliance, she managed over 1,000 loans while working with the SBA, Department of Treasury, and DOJ on various PPP projects—from fraud investigations to the complete loan servicing process. Her hands-on, approachable style made her a trusted resource for borrowers navigating the loan forgiveness journey.
Olivia earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Environmental Policy, Sustainability & Philosophy from The University of Alabama.
