Peter W. Ware, Jr. is an Executive Vice President and serves as General Counsel at A10 Capital, providing expert legal guidance across a spectrum of matters. With a keen focus on loan servicing and special servicing transactions, Pete collaborates with counterparties and their counsel, while effectively managing legal strategies with external partners nationwide.
Prior to joining A10 Capital in 2015, Pete specialized in real estate and general business transactions as an attorney at a Boise-based law firm.
Born just outside New York City and raised in Tucson, Arizona, Pete earned his Juris Doctor from Willamette University College of Law and a Bachelor's degree from the University of Arizona.
