Rob Burggraf
Vice President, Credit Underwriting
Rob Burggraf is a Vice President on the Credit Underwriting team at A10 Capital. In this role, his responsibilities include financial analysis, loan structuring, assessing market trends, and approving and closing bridge and fixed-rate commercial real estate loan transactions across the United States.
Rob began his finance career with A10 Capital after graduating from college, where he has since held various analyst, asset management, and underwriter roles. Prior to joining A10 Capital in 2013, Rob passed the CFA Level 1 exam and served as Chief Investment Officer for the University of Idaho’s Barker Capital Management Group, which traded a variety of asset classes in a university-funded portfolio.
Rob earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the University of Idaho.
Rob enjoys spending quality time with friends and family and engaging in outdoor activities such as hiking, golf, tennis, and skiing.
