Steve O'Connor
Vice President, Asset Management
Steve O’Connor is a Vice President on the Asset Management team at A10 Capital. His responsibilities include managing and monitoring a portfolio of loans and serving as the primary contact for all borrower requests. He also oversees all Agency servicing for the company.
Prior to joining A10 Capital in 2017, Steve was a Managing Partner at a residential design/build firm located in Boise, specializing in the International Passive Haus building standard and custom residential projects.
Steve holds a Master of Business Administration from Boise State University and a Bachelor of Science in Geography from the University of Idaho.
Outside of work, Steve enjoys skiing, mountain biking, and rafting with his family.
