Steve Zorich
Senior Vice President, Head of Special Servicing
Steve Zorich is a Senior Vice President and Head of the Special Servicing team at A10 Capital. His responsibilities include day-to-day management and resolution of specialty serviced loans.
Before joining A10 Capital in 2012, Steve co-founded Group 1031, a real estate consulting firm, and held executive positions at Bank of America and Imperial Bank. With a wealth of experience, he has served as a board member and strategic advisor to several privately held companies in the manufacturing, service, and high-tech industries.
Steve graduated summa cum laude from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Broadcasting and Film.
In his free time, Steve serves as a board member for an e-commerce retail company, is a published author, and enjoys serving on non-profit foundations.
