Taylor Dodge
Vice President, Credit Underwriting
Taylor Dodge is a Vice President on the Credit Underwriting team at A10 Capital. In this role, her responsibilities include financial analysis, loan structuring, assessing market trends, and approving and closing bridge and fixed-rate commercial real estate loan transactions across the United States.
Taylor joined A10 Capital as an intern in 2015 in the Underwriting and Asset Management departments and transitioned to her current role in 2016. Taylor focuses primarily on underwriting activities; however, she remains involved in asset management, leveraging her expertise to support both departments.
Taylor earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Boise State University.
