Tommy Mello
Executive Vice President, Originations
Tommy Mello is an Executive Vice President on the Originations team at A10 Capital.
Mr. Mello has nearly 10 years of commercial real estate experience. Prior to joining A10 Capital in 2021, he was a Senior Associate at Morgan Stanley (MSREI) in San Francisco. In this role, he focused on acquisitions and asset management for the firm’s core fund and opportunistic vehicles, contributing to the closing of over $1.0 billion of acquisitions and managing assets totaling over $8 billion.
Before his tenure at Morgan Stanley, Mr. Mello was an Investment Banking Analyst in Wells Fargo Securities' public finance group in New York, where he played a key role in closing over $2.0 billion worth of equity and public financing throughout the United States.
Mr. Mello graduated cum laude from Villanova University with a Bachelor of Science in Finance, with a co-major in Real Estate.
Based in Boise, Idaho, Mr. Mello enjoys adventuring outdoors, cooking, and reading in his free time.
